Established in 2002 - I began selling & delivering my homemade loaves of bread to my fans at local schools and businesses. 
I first started making so much bread at home that I was giving it away to family, friends and church family.  One day a lady said I should consider selling my breads, so I started renting the kitchen at the old Annabelle's in the mall.  I probably sold a 1,000 loaves a month.  Later, an Italian Restaurant took over the mall location I was renting so I had to find another spot to bake in.  I came across the former Subway Restaurant at 803-A Moye Blvd.and found it to be a perfect location and size.  It has a kitchen, a drive through window and a bakery case to display my baked goods.  I am now serving lunch as well.  We can seat approximately 30 people.  Now everyone can have access to my baked goods.
In Sept 2014 We moved to 912 Moye Blvd. We have a bigger kitchen now and a nicer dining area for all you lunch and meeting needs.
Everything I sell is homemade.  My day started at 4am so I could have everything made fresh to serve my customer by 8:00am.  We are open Monday - Friday closing at 5:00PM. 
July 2016 I decided to retire and hand the business down to my daughter Heather. She will keep things by my recipe the same but will be adding new items to the menu. Thanks for all of your love and support. Hope you will continue to support Heather!
